Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

We strive to provide the best shopping experience, and our exchange policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following criteria:

  • Order Placement: Once an order is placed, products are not eligible for exchange. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming it.

  • Customized & Bulk Orders: Customized products and special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Quality Issue/Defect

We take quality seriously, and if you encounter any issues with the product you received, here’s what to do:

  1. Packaging: Please ensure the product is packed in its original packaging, along with all inclusions such as the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, and hangers.

  2. Return Process: Initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team. We will guide you on how to return the item to our designated address.

  3. Quality Inspection: Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. If it passes, we will dispatch a fresh piece to you within standard shipping timelines.

  4. Replacement Unavailability: In the rare event that a replacement piece is not available, a credit note will be issued within 2 working days for the full amount, which can be used on our website or in our stores.

Refund Policy

While we aim to provide replacements for quality issues promptly, there might be instances where it’s not possible. In such cases, we offer a refund through a credit note. Here’s what you should know:

  • Credit Note: If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a credit note within 2 working days, which will be sent to the registered email address or the email used during the purchase.

  • Validity: The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed both online and at any of our stores pan India.

General Terms & Conditions

For a hassle-free shopping experience, please consider these general terms and conditions:

  • Order Changes: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

  • In-Store Returns: Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in our physical stores, and vice versa.

  • Incomplete Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, as no refunds are entertained for wrong or incomplete shipping addresses.

  • Failed Deliveries: No refunds are provided if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the recipient refuses the package.

  • International Shipments: Refunds are not given for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the required duty or collect the order from the shipping agency.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, retain the original packaging and notify our team. Please write “Received Damaged” on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
